Which sales channels are supported?+

Shopify and WooCommerce are supported in the MVP. Amazon and TikTok Shop adapters are built into the same architecture and are on the roadmap. The internal model is platform-agnostic, so adding channels does not change how your inventory works.

How does the inventory buffer prevent overselling?+

We push an available quantity to your channels calculated as available = max(internal quantity − buffer, 0). The buffer is safety stock you hold back, so your channels run out before your real stock does — eliminating the race condition that causes oversells.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes — every account starts with a 14-day free trial that includes one connected channel and up to 25 SKUs with manual sync. No credit card is required to start.

Do you store my credit card details?+

No. All payments are processed by Stripe using Stripe Elements inside the app. We never see or store raw card data.

What happens when I hit my plan limits?+

We enforce SKU and connected-channel limits per plan. When you reach a limit, the relevant action is blocked with a clear message and a prompt to upgrade. Existing data is never deleted.

What is a sync log?+

Every sync attempt — manual, bulk, or webhook-triggered — is recorded with a status of success, failed, or skipped, plus a plain-English message. Failed syncs explain what went wrong and what to try next.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. You can cancel from the billing page at any time. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for details on how cancellations and the end of your billing period are handled.

Is this production-ready?+

This is an MVP (v0.1.0) built as a portfolio-quality SaaS. The channel connectors ship as mock/demo adapters with a clean, adapter-ready architecture so real Shopify/WooCommerce/Amazon/TikTok integrations can be added without rework.
