• Account data: name, email, and hashed password.
• Workspace data: workspaces, members, and roles.
• Channel data: store names, URLs, product/SKU details, and inventory quantities you import or connect. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Billing data: subscription status and invoices. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers.
• Usage data: sync attempts, logs, and metrics used to operate the Service.

2. How we use information

• To provide inventory synchronization and related features.
• To enforce plan limits and process billing.
• To provide support and improve the Service.
• To secure accounts and detect abuse.

3. Data security

We follow security best practices including encrypted access tokens, hashed passwords, input validation, role-based access control, and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

4. Third parties

We share data with service providers that help us operate, such as Stripe for payments and your connected sales channels for synchronization. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated workspace data by contacting support.
