Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Inventory Sync Engine (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Inventory Sync Engine helps you synchronize inventory quantities across connected ecommerce sales channels using configurable buffers and sync rules. Features and limits depend on your selected plan.

2. Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Workspaces may have owner, admin, and member roles with different permissions.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

• New accounts may start a 14-day free trial.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing page.
• Plan limits (SKUs, connected channels, features) are enforced automatically.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data that is not yours, reverse engineering the platform, or using it to violate the terms of any connected sales channel.

5. Third-party channels

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, third-party APIs.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or oversells arising from third-party platform behavior.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
